Haig and Ellis Family Memorial Scholarship

The Haig and Ellis Family Memorial Scholarship is awarded to outstanding high school senior from Starkweather, North Dakota High School. Recipients shall be of sound moral character, have a proven record of academic achievement and show potential for leadership and career achievement. Preference may be given to those in financial need.
