Deborah K. Reuter Memorial Scholarship

The Deborah K. Reuter Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student majoring in Commercial Aviation within the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences. Recipients hall have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Students should also be a member of Women in Aviation (WAI), Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals (OBAP), Professional Asian Pilot Association (PAPA), Latino Pilots Association (LPA), National Gay Pilots Association (NGPA), or any other future affinity groups focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion with established chapters at the University of North Dakota. Recipients do not need to demonstration financial need; rather, the intent of this award is to support a student who does not qualify for financial aid because their parents’ expected financial contribution disqualifies them, yet they still clearly have need for financial support to complete their aviation degree.
