  6. When do you expect to complete your Master of Accountancy degree if doing the MAcc (or other graduate degree if in another graduate program)?
  7. How many credits and which specific classes do you plan to take in each of the upcoming two semesters?
  8. Have you completed or accepted an internship?
  9. If so, with which firm(s) and in which semester(s)?
  10. Have you accepted a job offer?
  11. If so, with which firm and what is your approximate start date?
  12. In what area of accounting do you intend to work?
  13. Write a paragraph indicating your current means of support and your need for additional assistance.

  15. Recipients of accounting scholarships are recognized at the Accountancy banquet in the semester they receive the scholarship. If selected to receive an accounting scholarship, will you make every effort to attend the associated recognition event?
