Arley R. Bjella Scholarship

The Arley R. Bjella Scholarship is awarded to one or more students pursing a Law degree from the University of North Dakota Law School. Recipients shall be from North Dakota. Preference shall be given to students who are former military or who are from Williams County, North Dakota.
