Blotsky ROTC Scholarship

The Blotsky ROTC Scholarship is awarded to one or more junior or senior students who are in the UND Army ROTC and have a 2.8 GPA or higher. Preference shall be given to those having prior military service under Special Operations Command (SOCOM), combat service or prior active service, including the National Guard Reserve.
