Donald L. Floan Scholarship

The Donald L. Floan Scholarship is awarded to one or more students majoring in Civil Engineering within the College of Engineering and Mines. Recipients shall be Minnesota residents. Preferences shall be given to students who are from East Grand Forks or Fertile, MN.
