Bill and Judy Ruud Scholarship

The Bill and Judy Ruud Scholarship is awarded to one or more students majoring within the Nistler College of Business and Public Administration who meet the following criteria: have financial need and have a high moral character and demonstrate the potential to lead successful and productive lives.
