Tom and Frances Leach Memorial Scholarship

The Tom and Frances Leach Memorial Scholarship is awarded to one or more undergraduate students who meet the following criteria: majoring in Petroleum Engineering within the College of Engineering and Mines; North Dakota resident; exhibit financial need. Recipients shall be of good moral character with a proven record of academic achievement and have the potential for leadership in the pursuit of a successful career.
