Laverne Noyes WWI Scholarship
The Laverne Noyes WWI Scholarship is awarded one or more student(s) with financial need, who meet the following criteria: shall themselves have served in the army or navy of US in the war into which our Country entered on the 6th day of April 1917, and were honorably discharged from such service, or shall be descended by blood from anyone who has served in the army or navy of the US and in said war and who either is still in said service or whose said service in the army or navy was terminated by death or an honorable discharge.

- To be considered for this scholarship, a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be on file by the scholarship deadline. Have you completed the FAFSA for the upcoming academic year?

- All first-time applicants must submit a copy of the honorable discharge papers of the WWI veteran. If you do not have a copy of the discharge papers, please refer to the link in the Description for information on requesting this documentation.
