Stacy (Vinger) and Perry Mattern Scholarship

Stacy (Vinger) and Perry Mattern Scholarship is awarded to one or more students studying within the College of Education and Human Development. Preference is given to students studying Special Education with a 3.0 GPA or higher, financial need, and students from rural/farm communities in Western North Dakota.
