Women for Philanthropy Scholarship
The Women for Philanthropy Scholarship was established through the generosity of individuals engaged in the UND Alumni Association & Foundation’s Women for Philanthropy Luncheon. The Mission of Women for Philanthropy is to inspire philanthropy and stronger connections to the University of North Dakota. Two scholarships in the amount of $2,000 each will be awarded to outstanding UND students.
Eligibility Requirements: In order to be selected to receive the grant, applicants must:
- Be a student in good standing who will be enrolled at UND during the spring 2025 semester. Undergraduate and graduate students, including law and medical students, are eligible.
- Be engaged in volunteer service and/or philanthropic activities.
- Be committed to supporting philanthropic initiatives on the UND campus and/or in the broader community.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher.
- Financial need may be considered.
To be considered for this scholarship, all applicants must submit an application, current resume, unofficial transcript, and an essay response to the question below.
