Velma 'Val' Hurmence Scott Scholarship

The Velma ‘Val’ Hurmence Scott Scholarship is awarded to a senior student majoring in home economics who meet the following criteria: from west of the Missouri River in North Dakota, good character with a grade point average of 3.2 or higher. Financial need should be considered, but it is not an overriding factor.
