Sam A Johnson Arts and Humanities Scholarship

The Sam A Johnson Arts and Humanities Scholarship is awarded to full time students majoring in English, Communication, Philosophy, Music, Theatre Arts, or Foreign Languages within the College of Arts and Sciences. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA (on 4.0 scale) in high school. At least one scholarship shall be awarded to a graduate of Devils Lake High School, ND. Preferences shall be given to students who are intending to pursue a career as an English Teacher or Music Teacher in grades 8-12 or at the college level. Financial need may be considered but is not required.
