Hanying Xu International Spirit Scholarship

Hanying Xu International Spirit Scholarship is awarded one or more international graduate student(s) who meet the following criteria: have demonstrated an eagerness to cultivate a deep understanding and respect for new cultures and surroundings as well as exhibited outstanding integrity and citizenship through significant leadership and service activities that are integral to fostering the “spirit” of the University of North Dakota.
