Harvey and Melanie Noteboom Business Scholarship

The Harvey and Melanie Noteboom Business Scholarship is awarded to one or more junior or senior students enrolled in the Nistler College of Business & Public Administration. Preference will be given to residents of North Dakota or Northwest Minnesota who have demonstrated financial need and a record of high academic performance.
