Chad & Stacy Wachter Family Dean's Emerging Leaders Scholarship

The Foundation shall distribute allocations from the Fund each year for one or more scholarships for students in the College of Business and Public Administration at the University of North Dakota. Preference shall be given to students from the Bismarck, North Dakota area who are also members of either the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity or the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority.
