Dr. Jim Mootz Scholarship

The Dr. Jim Mootz Scholarship is awarded to one or more incoming freshmen. The students must have a high school GPA of 3.4 or above, with submissions of standardized test scores encouraged, and must demostrate high financial need. Preference will be given to graduates from Lakota High School in North Dakota, then Winona Public High School or Winona Cotter High School in Minnesota, then a student from Nelson County in North Dakota, and the last preference for a student from any high school in North Dakota. This scholarship may be renewed to the same student as long as the maintain at least a 3.25 each academic year.
